I provide three major services in the Accrington,

This includes remedial massage and sports massage
on soft tissue to rehabilitate an injury whether arising from sport or everyday life. This includes postural issues causing
painful neck and back issues. As part of the rehabilitation, stretching and strengthening exercises will be shown.
may be a continuation of the recovery from injury treated via sports therapy to increase strength, power, flexibility for
a return to sport or everyday life, minimising the chance of the injury re-occurring. Alternatively it may be improving fitness
for a specific goal e.g. a marathon or particular sport, or losing weight, improving nutrition, or simply toning the body.
Pilates (mat based)
The exercises in Pilates are ideal for rehabilitation so complement
the Sports Therapy and Personal Training. Its purpose is to strengthen the core muscles of the body which includes everything
between the knee and shoulder. Back Pain is the trigger for many people to start Pilates as it helps to strengthen all around
the spine. Classes are available on a 1-1 basis or in a group.
